Refunds and Returns Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and what to do if something goes wrong.

Printed Products

Our posters, books and apparel products are printed to order by our print partner,s which means each one is made specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind once an order has been placed.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will put it right. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

To make a claim, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your claim and aim to respond within 72 hours.

Digital Downloads

Digital products – including eBooks, PDFs, and Google Maps links – are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us and we will resolve your issue promptly.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it where possible. This helps us resolve the matter with our fulfilment partner quickly.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. We are a UK-based business and our consumer rights obligations are set out under UK legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
