Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in GBP by default and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.
If you have a valid discount code, this must be applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers at any time. Codes are subject to any specific terms stated at the time of issue, including expiry dates and usage limits.
Printed products
Printed products are produced to order by our print partner, Gelato, and shipped directly to you. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimated rather than guaranteed. We ship to all countries serviced by Gelato’s fulfilment network.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are outside our control.
Digital products
Digital products – including eBooks, PDFs, and Google Maps links – are delivered electronically following payment. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the product will be made available to you immediately.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Intellectual property
