This page explains how we handle delivery of physical and digital products ordered through the website.
Digital products
Digital products – including eBooks, PDFs, and Google Maps links – are delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed. Download links or access details will appear on screen after checkout. Please check your ad-blocker is disabled and look in your downloads folder for your purchased item.
Printed products
Our printed products are produced to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Gelato, whose global production network allows us to ship worldwide.
Production time
Each order is printed specifically for you after purchase. Please allow time for production before your order is dispatched.
Delivery time
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the production facility fulfilling your order. Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered.
International orders
We ship to all countries serviced by Gelato’s fulfilment network. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict their amount.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from our fulfilment partner. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time of placing your order, please contact us via our Contact page and we will look into it.
