Located in the village of Assagao, Casa Tota is a stunning restored Portuguese villa that is surrounded by magnificent gardens. The villa is around 6 kilometres from the beach, but housekeeper Shyam can organise transportation for you, be it by taxi, car hire or moped hire.

The villa oozes relaxation, from its location to its comfortable colonial furniture. It has 3-bedrooms, a kitchen, dining areas and a central courtyard with a lovely water feature. There is a dog living at the villa, which makes it that much more homely and friendly.

The villa is owned by Antonia Graham, of British furniture and design store Graham & Green, and hints of this can be seen throughout the property. The villa is located in a quaint village just a stone’s throw away from Candolim. The villa has two levels, with 4-bedrooms being located in the main house and one next to the pool.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned to ensure that guests are comfortable throughout their stay. This open-concept villa sits in the jungle high above the Tiracol River in the very north part of Goa. The villa was built by Danish nationals Anders Linnet and Mette Lange, who wanted to build a dream home in a serene setting. And that is exactly what Kiranpani is.

It boasts phenomenal panoramic views of the river and the jungle, especially from the large veranda. In fact, the veranda is the largest space in the home, complete with dining areas, lounge areas and an infinity pool!
